🎫 What is the Bypass Service?
- The Bypass Service offers a special link that grants customers immediate access to ticketing sites, bypassing virtual waiting rooms and queues.
🛒 What is Self Checkout?
- Self Checkout is a module that enables users to generate multiple checkout links or lock seats (up to 5 links). Users can select their desired items for faster access.
💳 What is Help To Buy (HTB) service?
- Help To Buy (HTB) is a service provided by FlashPass that requires users to make full payment (ticket price and service fee) before the event begins.(*notes might required user to use their own card)
💲 Is the price fixed?
- The price is fixed before the event starts. Latecomers may incur additional charges. Discounts apply only to bundle purchases.
*Note: Users cannot receive discounted pricing without purchasing a bundle.
🔗 How does the Bypass Link work?
- When using the Bypass Service, customers receive a special link that provides direct access to the ticketing site. This bypasses the usual virtual waiting rooms or queues encountered during high-demand events.
🔐 Are Bypass Links guaranteed to secure tickets?
- While the Bypass Link ensures direct entry to the ticketing site, it does not guarantee ticket availability. Tickets are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
♻️ Can a Bypass Link be used multiple times?
- Yes, the link can be used multiple times until it expires. After expiration, the link will no longer function.
❓ Is the cost of the Bypass Service refundable if I don't get tickets?
- The Bypass Service fee is non-refundable once the bypass link is delivered, regardless of ticket availability.
📩 How are Bypass Links delivered?
- Upon full payment, customers are added to a shared channel where all bypass links are distributed. This centralized approach enhances efficiency and simplifies link management.
🚚 How is Self Checkout delivered?
- Customers who make full payment are added to the same shared channel used for bypass links. Access to the Self Checkout module is provided through this channel.
💸 FlashPass Service Refund Policy
🟢 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are processed at different rates based on specific circumstances:
- ✅ Full Refund:
- If the event does not have a queue.
- 🔄 90% Refund:
- If the bypass link is not provided within 15 minutes after sales start.
- ⚖️ 50% Refund:
- If the HTB service fails to secure a ticket for the user.
🔴 Ineligibility for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- The bypass link is provided within 15 minutes after sales start and is accessible from our end.
- The user fails to download the required extension after receiving instructions.
- Issues beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Payment processing problems.
- Login difficulties.
- Ticketing site crashes.
- Ticket unavailability due to limited stock.
🛠️ Refund Process
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Approved refunds are processed within one day.
- FlashPass Service's decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
